Ted Hallett

Ted was born and raised in St. Catherines, ON. After a decade in Toronto, Ted lived in Chicago and Vancouver. While in Chicago, he studied/performed with The Playground, ImprovOlympic, Bailiwick Repertory Company and Jazz Hands Across America (Where he worked with brilliant people and created some kick ass improvised musicals.).

During his Chicago sojourn, Ted also completed a producer internship for The Second City Chicago and directed 8 Feet Under for the 2005 Chicago Improv Festival. He left the US for Vancouver where he sold his first painting, worked on various film/TV projects and finished his one act play "Fat Chick".

Ted's favourite credits include Twelfth Night, Lend Me a Tenor, The Second City National Touring Company, Naked Boys Singing (Chicago) and Neutrino (Toronto and New York). Ted also runs a successful theatre company (Aunt Patti Productions) which has produced/created new works for the Toronto Fringe Festival, the Toronto International Improv Festival, the Chicago Improv Festival and the Vancouver Improv Festival. He holds a degree in musical theatre, bakes his own bread and ate a whole roast beef one time.
